We are looking for fashion enthusiasts to join our team of Fashion Advisors in our Prague Chanel Boutique to engage our clients by providing unsurpassed service. As the Front Face of Chanel, you will play a critical role in delivering a unique luxurious and inspirational experience for all our clients – selling a style and a dream, not merely a product. As the ambassador of our brand, you are responsible for the end-to-end client experience and build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach. You will demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the service level provided and invariably exceed client expectations. YOUR ROLE: Offer clients relevant advice regarding current collections in ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, fragrances and accessories, high-quality watches, and exclusive jewelry. Ensure an excellent service for our customers based on the values of our company. Establish and maintain strong client relationships. Cooperate in a diverse, international team. YOUR PROFILE: Ideally several years of experience in a comparable position Luxury retail experience would be a plus. High level of service orientation and a proven background in sales Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail Positive attitude and joy in dealing with international clients. Flexibility and stress resistance Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; other languages would be a plus.
