Contract : 1 Year Job Mission T his role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of press, entertainment, and guest programs through meticulous coordination, proactive preparation, and effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring exceptional experiences and impactful outcomes for press and celebrity guests. Key Responsibilities 1. Logistics & Coordination Support end-to-end logistics including hotel bookings, ground transportation, and daily schedules. Assist in developing and managing press tour programs — itineraries, site visits, and activity timelines. Oversee restaurant reservations for press tours, group lunches, and dinners. Supervise airport arrivals and departures, including greeting setup, signage, and car dispatch. Manage vehicle and driver coordination, ensuring accurate routes, labels, and timing. Support driver and agency briefings by providing movement guidelines and contact sheets. Coordinate press gift preparation and in-room amenities. 2. On-site & Guest Support Support welcome dinner operations, invitations, guest management, and seating arrangements. Assist in preparing press seating charts for fashion shows. Provide on-site support for regional press shootings (logistics and coordination). Role Specifications Academic / Professional Qualifications ·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ·         Preference: Major in fashion ·         Proficient in English Work Experience ·         Experiences and knowledge in luxury market ·         At least 5~7 years of working experience Required Competencies ·         Excellent interpersonal relations ·         Computer skills: MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ·         Global sense, methodical manner and outgoing personality Key Interactions / Stakeholders: Internal ·         Global Press and VIP team External - Agencies : PR, Celebrity, Transportation, Logistics etc.,
