About the Role As the Assistant Visual Merchandising Design Manager, you will be responsible for delivering creative and high-quality visual merchandising solutions that reflect CHANEL’s brand image across the region. You will support the development and execution of visual strategies, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in every campaign and retail environment. The Impact You Can Create at CHANEL Translate brand vision into compelling visual merchandising concepts that elevate the customer experience. Develop and implement regional guidelines, display planograms, and campaign design directions to ensure consistent execution. Lead the creation of innovative displays and event designs that align with CHANEL’s aesthetic and storytelling. Partner with local markets to provide design solutions and training, fostering alignment and excellence across regions. You Are Energized By Creating immersive and visually striking brand experiences. Collaborating with diverse teams and adapting to fast-paced, evolving environments. Solving design challenges with creativity and precision. Managing multiple projects with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. What You Will Bring A degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia. At least 8 years of experience in visual merchandising, graphic or event design, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury industry. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop; knowledge of 3D Studio Max, InDesign, and Microsoft Office is a plus. A dynamic, creative, and self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency. Fluency in English and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
