Client Advisor Location: CHANEL, Harrods W&FJ   Contract: Permanent, Full Time   Reporting to our Boutique Director, our Client Advisor position is our key connection to the client. Acting as an ambassador for the brand, our Client Advisors leverage the values of CHANEL to create desire. Taking initiatives and combining a strategic and spontaneous approach will be key for building a strong and personalised client relationship. Mapping out, networking and reviving dormant accounts are the core of the business development. Propose an action plan to attract identified VIPs to visit Bond Street Jewellery Flagship. Offering an ultimate customer ‘concierge’ service at all times, as well as nurturing the relationships with the clientele are critical to delivery. Having total knowledge of not just CHANEL product, but also having a deep appreciation of the wider Watch & Fine Jewellery market. The Sales Advisor is expected to remain professional, presentable and well-groomed at all times A global point of view and an open mind who can relate to various cultures Established network, mainly local, and trusted advisor of high-net-worth individuals, with a proven track record of client treatment A contributor to both local and global communities with an ability to acquire clients in an emotionally intelligent and sophisticated manner Very strong and thoughtful personal relations skills with clients as well as team members Curiosity for culture, the arts and current affairs.
