Job Purpose:     To provide excellent & creative visual merchandising directions for product line and designate d markets to ensure brand’s high quality, homogenous image and proper merchandising execution across the region .     Key Responsibilities:   E nsure proper merchandising execution throughout the region through creating different guidelines for visual layouts, display planogrammes , and campaign design direction.   C onceptualiz e , creat e and develop innovative displays and events for different campaigns that ar e consistent with the brand image.   E ducate and train different countries through continuous communication and providing design solutions on various projects.   Academic / Professional Qualifications     Degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication/Graphic Design , or Multimedia.   Work E x perience    At least 8 years working experience in visual merchandising / graphic design / events design environment, preferably with cosmetics or luxury consumer industry.   Required Competencies   Strong leadership skills    Able to work independently    Dynamic, creative, self-motivated & well- organized with a strong sense of urgency and deadlines in projects and tasks   Proficient in Sketchup, Illustrator and Photoshop . Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Indesign and Microsoft Office software is ideal   Fluent in English   Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with multi-task ing capacity and work under pressure   Team player
