Med hög servicenivå och gedigna kunskaper om varumärkets produkter och historia strävar du ständigt efter att skapa exklusiva upplevelser. Tjänsten är ett föräldravikariat på deltid om 75% till och med november 2026 . Du erbjuds en inspirerande miljö med möjlighet till utveckling i ett företag med höga ambitioner och stort mod. Tjänsten är baserad i Malmö och rapporterar hierarkiskt till Area Boutique Manager. Dina kompetenser Du älskar att ge service utöver det vanliga och alltid med ett leende på läpparna. Du är en skicklig säljare med känsla för att sälja exklusiva skönhetsprodukter. Du är flexibel, självmotiverad och ansvarsfull. Du tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och slutför dem. Du är en lagspelare som vet hur man sätter laget framför jaget. Du är utbildad makeupartist eller kosmetolog, alternativt har lärt dig allt om produkter och tekniker genom din passion för skönhet. Du talar svenska eller engelska. Dina ansvarsområden Uppnå uppsatta försäljningsmål: units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, conversion rate. Fokus på att rekrytera nya kunder. Ge råd om CHANEL:s produkter inom dofter, makeup och hudvård. Erbjuda makeup och hudvårds-konsultationer för våra kunder. Skapa exklusiva kundupplevelser genom att förmedla CHANEL:s historia och värderingar. Förbereda, städa och stänga butiken. Lagerhantering i samarbete med butikschefen.
