We are looking for a Sales Advisor who will personify the CHANEL spirit and provide each client with a personalized, warm, and memorable experience.    WHAT IMPACT CAN YOU CREATE AT CHANEL   Welcome, accompany, and inspire each client along a unique journey, delivering service excellence and creating exceptional moments within the Boutique.  Advise with accuracy and passion , sharing your expertise and offering personalized recommendations tailored to every occasion and every style.  Convey the audacity, style, and dream of CHANEL through your storytelling skills and your deep knowledge of the House, its heritage, and its exceptional craftsmanship.  Build loyalty and develop a discerning clientele by skillfully guiding clients to discover and acquire exceptional Jewelry and Watch pieces, providing attentive follow-up and extending the CHANEL experience beyond the boutique visit.  Actively contribute to commercial performance , leveraging all available tools, and achieving your sales goals.  Ensure operational excellence by participating in client transactions, after-sales service, stock management, and maintaining the impeccable appearance of the boutique.  Share and help grow the team by passing on your best practices, energy, and drive to promote collective excellence.    You are energized by:   Delivering a warm welcome and an unforgettable experience to every client  Achieving and surpassing your objectives  The heritage, innovation, and creativity of CHANEL  The refined world of Fine Watchmaking and Jewelry  Thriving within a close-knit, dynamic, and multidisciplinary team and contributing to a landmark boutique opening    Your profile:   At least 3 years of successful sales experience, ideally in Fine Watchmaking or Jewelry  Recognized for your interpersonal skills and team spirit  Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong taste for challenge  Service-oriented, committed to excellence and high standards  Fluent in German and English; any additional language is a plus    Join us writing a new chapter in the history of CHANEL in Switzerland, embodying the House’s excellence and audacity every day.   We look forward to receiving your application by January 15 th 2026.
