Location:  Dubai, United Arab Emirates Contract Type:  Internship (6 months) ABOUT THE ROLE At CHANEL, the art of creation and the pursuit of excellence are at the heart of everything we do. As a Watch & Fine Jewellery (WFJ) Marketing & Event Intern, you will support the Marketing Manager and wider team in implementing innovative marketing plans and memorable events for CHANEL’s Watches and Fine Jewellery universe across the Middle East. This internship is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury marketing, boutique activations, and client engagement, while contributing to the success of one of the world’s most iconic Maisons. WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL Assist in designing and executing 360° marketing animation plans, ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints. Coordinate the launch of new WFJ collections in boutiques, overseeing visual merchandising, event preparation and the distribution of tools and assets. Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising, Commercial, CRM and Digital teams on cross-functional projects. Support the High-End business team in delivering exceptional client experiences, including client selection, invitation management and private viewing schedules. Conduct competitive analysis on products, pricing and client services to inform ongoing strategies. Partner with the Training team to animate and engage the Retail community across Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewellery boutiques. Support the organization and execution of boutique events, ensuring a luxurious client journey from invitation to post-event follow-up. Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external partners. Analyzing market trends to help keep CHANEL at the forefront of luxury. Using your organizational skills and creativity to elevate every project. Developing your marketing, events and communication expertise within a globally renowned Maison. WHAT YOU CAN BRING Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and dynamic mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A genuine passion for watches, fine jewellery and the luxury industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of digital tools is an advantage. A creative spirit with keen attention to detail and aesthetics, aligned with CHANEL’s values. Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Previous experience (internship or coursework) in marketing or events is essential. Strong command of English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
