Für unser Headoffice in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Manager F&B Services & Supply Chain (m/w/d) in Vollzeit; unbefristet. YOUR IMPACT:   Strategische und operative Leitung der Bereiche Services und Supply Chain für den Deutschen F&B Markt Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams, inklusive Neuausrichtung und Change Management Sicherstellung eines exzellentes Kundenservices durch Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung über alle Workflows hinweg Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Data Automation (u.a. Implementierung von KI-gestützten Tools) Einführung und Monitoring entsprechender KPIs zur Effizienzsteigerung von Servicequalität und Lieferperformance Optimierung des Schnittstellenmanagements durch Vereinheitlichung der internen Touchpoints zu anderen Abteilungen (u.a. Vertrieb, Außendienst, Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Finance) sowie zu allen externen Partnern (u.a.
