About the Role As a Logistics Supervisor at CHANEL, you will lead and optimize logistics operations for Hong Kong and Macau. This role ensures seamless supply chain performance by driving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and fostering team development. You will oversee shipment activities, inventory accuracy, and vendor performance while supporting strategic decisions through data analysis and reporting. Strengthen partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver superior service levels. Provide actionable insights through KPI analysis to enhance operational performance and support business objectives. Champion process improvements and compliance initiatives that elevate efficiency across the logistics function. You Are Energized By Leading and mentoring a team to achieve high performance and collaboration. Solving complex logistics challenges and implementing innovative solutions. Driving continuous improvement in processes and systems, including ERP enhancements. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing to CHANEL’s luxury retail experience. What You Will Bring Education & Experience: University degree in Supply Chain or Logistics; minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics operations or freight forwarding, preferably in luxury retail. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and MS Office; knowledge of import/export procedures. Competencies: Strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
