From our Fashion boutiques with our Fashion Advisors , to   online on CHANEL.COM or via our client care teams, we   endeavour   to provide an elevated, seamless, and memorable client experience.     YOUR ROLE @CHANEL:         To lead from the front and act as a strong presence on the floor, ensuring an exceptional client journey through impeccable service, team   inspiration   and seamless day to day operations, upholding CHANEL’s standards of excellence in every   client interaction.   The role of a Team Manager acts as a vital link between the   boutique team and senior management, aligning daily performance with CHANEL’s strategic vision.     WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL       Team management and Client Experience     Acting as the bridge between the shopfloor and the senior management team.     Prominent figure on the floor, leading the team with a collaborative approach.     Reporting into the Assistant Managers and   ultimately the   Boutique Director, providing constant feedback and solving any difficult scenarios as and when they arise, as well as celebrating successes!     Motivate and inspire the team to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience     Coach the team to ensure and   maintain   the shopfloor to a luxury standard (VM, wrapping, replenishment).         Business Priorities     Being able to drive business priorities through FA engagement with CHANEL & Moi, CRM, IFL for example to embed a culture of consistent learning,   clienteling   and exceptional service.     Have a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and systems and support the FA team as appropriate     Feedback to the Management team on department performance in terms of sales, merchandising and action plans to elevate the client experience.     Creating a thriving team environment and embedding the best conditions for success.     Develop a positive culture of psychological safety and constant two-way communication.     Ensuring a calm and professional atmosphere through leading by example and being present.     Be transformational, by looking to the long term and creating the team of the future!     Making things beautiful – understanding luxury and CHANEL’s positioning within it.     Protecting the brand for the long term.         WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE       Great communication   skills     Diplomacy and the ability to filter messages from Senior Managers to the floor and vice versa.     Adaptability, fearless curiosity, being able to flex into different areas where   required   and embrace new challenges.     A calm and confident approach, with   a strong sense   of responsibility     Organised and efficient with an attention to detail     The ability to make decisions     A talent for motivating others.     A passion for people management.         YOU ARE ENGERGISED BY       Working in a vibrant, constantly changing environment with a different challenge every day.     Motivating and inspiring your team with your enthusiasm for luxury service     Working collaboratively with your team and the wider business     Encouraging development of your team     Coaching and mentoring     Ensuring best practice and client service standards are embedded in team culture.     Relationship building – always looking to learn from and help the people around you.         WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM THIS EXPERIENCE          The opportunity to be a part of an exciting and successful business environment.     A defined career path and scope for development.     To be a strong part of the management team.     Contributing to the on-going and companywide vision of sustainability.
