Regional Process Lead F&B Deployment - Fragance & Beauty Operations Europe CHANEL Permanent position starting in January 2026 ABOUT THE CONTEXT The D365 “HERO” Program is a multi-year global transformation in Finance & Operations, implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all regions. HERO’s ambition is to harmonize multiple regional ERPs worldwide while respecting divisional operating models and métier specificities. In Europe, HERO includes the creation of a new Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, designed to simplify operations, improve efficiency, and ensure business continuity in a context of major transformation. As part of this journey, you will join the F&B Europe Operations team – O2C team and report to Regional Process Lead – F&B Sales. Your primary mission will be to drive the deployment of the O2C Sales Core Model across one or multiple European markets , ensuring alignment with global HERO standards while safeguarding market-specific needs. Your scope will include processes related to replenishment of boutiques and wholesale partners for product & SPM, campaign execution, quotas and assortments management, integration with partners and tools supporting commercial teams & marketing teams as sales force tool & SPM management. YOUR ROLE As an O2C F&B Sales Process Specialist + O2C 3DIV , you will be a key contributor to the European rollout of the O2C Sales Core Model. You will act as the central point of coordination and execution for Core Model deployment activities in your assigned market(s) for O2C scope for all deployment phases (design localization, testing, training, go-live, stabilization). Your main responsibilities include: •       Coordinate with local business stakeholders to anticipate impacts, secure readiness, and ensure a smooth transition to D365 and connected tools. •       Support the Regional Process Lead in ensuring consistent application of the Core Model across markets. •       Coordinate with local business teams to anticipate impacts, ensure readiness, and secure a smooth transition to D365 and connected tools. •       Contribute to process documentation, design, and testing, supporting continuous improvement of O2C Sales processes such as replenishment, campaigns, assortments, and wholesale flows. •       Monitor process performance and gather market feedback to drive improvements and support harmonization across regions. •       Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Supply, Marketing, Procurement, and external partners to ensure coherent end-to-end process integration (including SPM, CRM, EDI, Salesforce tools). •       Coordination of parallel, cross-functional projects supporting the main initiative   WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL •       Successfully deploy the O2C Sales Core Model across European markets, securing business continuity in a transformative context. •       Guarantee high-quality process adoption at country level, reinforcing consistency between global standards and local needs. •       Strengthen operational performance across replenishment, campaign execution and wholesale flows. •       Act as a key operational bridge between regional process strategy and local market execution. •       Contribute to the long-term transformation of the European operating model.   WHAT YOU WILL BRING •       5 - 7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, O2C or business/ERP deployment roles. •       Experience in ERP project rollout (preferably D365), ideally with exposure to multi-market deployments. •       Strong understanding of O2C / Sales – Supply processes (replenishment, campaigns, assortments, wholesale). •       Strong stakeholder management skills, both at local market level and regionally. •       Ability to structure complex topics, manage multiple workstreams, and operate in a fast-paced transformation environment. •       Service-oriented mindset, collaborative spirit, and strong communication skills.   YOU ARE ENERGISED BY •       Leading market deployments in a high-stakes transformation program. •       Working at the intersection of business and IT across diverse teams and geographies. •       Translating global process standards into pragmatic, actionable solutions for local teams. •       Supporting CHANEL’s journey toward operational and commercial excellence. •       Regular travel across Europe, especially during localization & deployment phases, to ensure strong market support, alignment, and successful adoption.   WHAT CHANEL CAN OFFER YOU At CHANEL, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture that promotes personal growth and development while contributing to collective performance.
