Job Description Under the Direction of the Dental Director, provides general dentistry services to a wide range of patients in an outpatient hospital clinic.  Participates in the day-to-day activities of the dental General Practice Residency (GPR) program.  Provides supervision and mentorship to GPR residents.  Acts as a resource to other staff dentists. Provides dental sedation services and dental services in the Operating Room.  Minimum Requirements D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree and Missouri Dental license 4-5 years of dental experience. Verbal communication skills to explain procedures to patients and consult with physicians, dental specialists, and other health care workers regarding patients.  Written communication skills to document procedures on patient charts.  Ability to assist patients weighing up to 200 pounds.  Requires DEA, MO BNDD Membership in UH/TMC Medical Staff.
