Stock Support, Stockholm Fashion Boutique Chanel Sweden is currently looking for a Stock Support. The job of Stock Support is to maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. To create strong client experience by ensuring excellent client service, product care, and teamwork at all times. To have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a brand ambassador of the highest order in addition to a passion for client service and fashion. This is a full-time position in a dynamic and inspiring environment with high ambitions and great courage. The position is based in the CHANEL Fashion Boutique in Sweden and reports hierarchically to Stock Manager, Stockholm. The Impact You Can Create At CHANEL Be responsible for receiving and transferring stocks and repair items to/from Warehouse in an organized & timely manner Reporting all defective goods in the Boutique location and liaison with Boutique Team. Maintain items in the stockroom, ensure they are kept in a safe, clean and organized manner. Ensure the efficient and accurate price tagging of merchandise is done. Participate in the daily & monthly stock takes in the Boutique. Check and verify stock discrepancies. Maintain accurate record of Boutique inventory. Utilizing your service expertise to inspire others and seeing your contribution as a vital part of the Boutiques success. Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of related experience Self-driven, positive and independent person Highly structured and organizational skills. High degree of ethics and focus on delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction. Fluent in Swedish and English, additional languages are a merit.
