Position Summary: As a Clinical Lead Pharmacist , you’ll serve as both a hands-on clinical practitioner and a departmental leader—supporting patient care, advancing pharmacy practice, and mentoring pharmacy staff. In addition to fulfilling the responsibilities of a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll provide expert pharmaceutical care through clinical services, staff development, education, research, and direct patient engagement . This role represents a unique opportunity to shape outcomes not only within the pharmacy department but across the broader healthcare team.
