This role blends meaningful client interaction with essential overnight responsibilities , offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference. Apply today to start your career as a Mental Health Technician at Parker House and help us create brighter futures for our residents!     Qualifications   We are looking for passionate, dedicated individuals who meet the following minimum qualifications and can contribute to a supportive environment for our residents:     Minimum Requirements:   Education: High school diploma or equivalent ( no college degree required ).   Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Must obtain BLS certification within 120 days of hire and maintain it for continued employment.   Level 1 Medication Aide (LIMA) Licensure: Complete the licensure course and exam within the first 90 days of employment. Certification must remain current per the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services (DHSS).   Driver’s License: Obtain a valid Class E Missouri or Kansas driver’s license.
