Intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe Marketing Mode Europe, vous contribuez à différents projets liés à l’expérience client pour garantir un niveau de service ultime dans l’ensemble de nos boutiques et autres points de contact avec la Maison CHANEL. Votre stage s’articule autour des missions suivantes : Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux services et suivre les initiatives locales existantes pour valoriser et optimiser le parcours client (l’accueil en boutique, l’après-vente, la retouche sur le Prêt-à-Porter, les cadeaux…) Assurer le relais entre le prestataire en charge des appels des prospects/clients et les boutiques concernées, contribuer à la résolution de demandes spécifiques et réaliser des rapports mensuels sur des indicateurs clés de l’activité Piloter les visites mystères pour mesurer et optimiser la qualité du service client en étant l’interlocuteur privilégié de l’agence externe et des marchés Préparer des présentations pour la direction et la communauté Marketing Profil recherché : Etudiant(e) issu(e) d'une Ecole de commerce ou d'Université, vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie en Marketing Opérationnel et/ou Retail. Sensible à l’univers du luxe et ses exigences en matière de rigueur et d’attention aux détails, vous êtes organisé et capable d’interagir avec des interlocuteurs multiples sur des projets variés. Votre aisance relationnelle et votre force de proposition seront des atouts indispensables pour mener à bien vos missions. Vous maîtrisez l’outil PowerPoint et parlez anglais couramment.
