You’re a Great Fit If You Have: A Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Nursing (bonus points for a Master’s!). 2–3 years of leadership experience in healthcare and a love for developing people and processes. BLS or ACLS certification (or willing to obtain if required). A strong grasp of healthcare regulations and a track record of improvement initiatives. Stellar communication and people skills – you're the kind of person others want on their team. A service-minded attitude, a team-first approach, and the ability to juggle priorities without breaking a sweat. Comfort with tech and solid organizational skills to keep all the plates spinning.
