Act as a go-to resource for clinical support. Support quality improvement efforts, promote safety, and respect cultural differences. Provide age-appropriate care that meets each patient’s physical, emotional, and educational needs. Treat everyone—patients, visitors, coworkers—with courtesy and professionalism. Stay informed about laws, regulations, and policies that impact your role. Complete all required training and support the organization’s compliance efforts. What You’ll Need: A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, family therapy, or a related field. One of the following Missouri licenses (or working toward it): LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFT. If not yet licensed, you must agree to begin the process upon hire and follow all required steps under supervision. Knowledge of mental health terms, diagnosis, and treatment approaches. Basic research skills and a solid understanding of mental health theory and practice. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Good judgment, adaptability, and leadership qualities. Must complete training as assigned during onboarding. If driving is part of your role, you must meet company driving policy standards and maintain them.
