What We’re Looking For: ✔ Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology science. ASCP certification (or equivalent) in two or more general lab areas preferred. Eligibility for ASCP certification is required within 6 months of hire. ✔ Experience & Skills: Competency in at least two or more lab disciplines (e.g., chemistry, microbiology, hematology, blood bank). Strong verbal communication to collaborate effectively across departments. Excellent written documentation skills and computer proficiency.
