Key Responsibilities: TARGET CLIENTS VIC & Existing top clients, potential top client, and C group client from Boutiques High potential prospects (WW Chanel clients, partnerships…) Development of client engagement, experience and relationship, while continuing  the journey of retail excellence TOP CLIENT LOCAL ENGAGEMENT ACTION Support execution of yearly top client events incl. catering, gift and client targeting Connect with event team to develop top client event format within global guidelines Execute and support local events and actions Support top client gifting strategy and execute boutique allocation and activation Support Art & Culture top client actions TOP CLIENT ANALYSIS Propose and evolve performance measurement formats, help implementation, consolidate and monitor results to fine-tune strategy recommendations Establish Feedback forms and KPIs to monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of client activities Set the target KPI and follow up Seoul Flagship incentive scheme KPI Report competitor’s top client action LOCAL BOUTIQUE SUPPORT Support boutique with their top client relationship development (ex: Etiquette/Dinner experience), event/trip entertainment and advise on individual approach (ex: Boutique gestures) Consolidate and support boutique high-tea service Support monthly boutique CEM expertise group meeting Work Experience 2- 5 years of luxury client relationship experience, preferably in Event or PR (glossy magazines, PR agencies with Guest management experience), fashion experience and experience in client support is a plus. Required Competencies Fluent in both Korean & English / French is a plus Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint , Excel and Outlook Strong connection with local culture, heritage and lifestyle trends Deep knowledge & understanding of Korean luxury clients Solid sensitivity to the luxury retail and customer service Solid level of sophistication on Art, Cuisine, Winery
