Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Technicien Services Généraux (F/H) basé à Aubagne. Grow with us - Vos responsabilités : Effectuer la réalisation opérationnelle des demandes de travaux. Assurer la réalisation  du  planning d’interventions. Proposer et mettre en place des solutions techniques d’amélioration des installations. Choisir de réaliser en interne ou de sous-traiter les travaux. Gérer les relations techniques avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants. Réaliser les plans de prévention des risques avec les entreprises extérieures. Vérifier la bonne exécution des tâches et le suivi technique de la maintenance sous-traitée. Etablir un planning prévisionnel de réalisation des demandes de travaux. Rapporter à sa hiérarchie  l’avancement des travaux dont il a la charge. Réalisation des travaux de maintenance bâtiments : peinture, maçonnerie, serrurerie / menuiserie, plomberie (réparation, débouchage...)…….. Entretien des aspirateurs de salle. Préparation des réceptions (préparation de la salle, aider les prestataires de service pour mise en place...). Assurer les implantations de bureaux sur le site d’Aubagne. Assurer la maintenance électrique (préventive et curative) du site d’Aubagne. Assurer la maintenance (préventive et curative) des CTA, Chaudières, Groupes d’eau glacée… What will convince us - Votre profil : Niveau d’études : Bac + 2 Electrotechnicien ou en Maintenance Industrielle. Excellentes connaissances en électricité industrielle et des bâtiments. Bonnes connaissances des mécanismes d’équipements industriels : pneumatique, hydraulique, mécanique. Expérience professionnelle requise : 18 mois en maintenance extérieure chez SSB. CACES 3, 5, 3A et 3B. Rigueur, organisation, méthodique, communicant, bon relationnel, autonomie. Excellente connaissance des normes et procédures BPF, ISO9001 et Sécurité. Connaissances informatiques (Word et Excel en particulier).
