Job Summary: The Team Lead Sourcing / Purchasing in Songdo will be responsible for Strategic purchasing, Operational purchasing for materials, and Customs clearance. Coordiate with internal end external dept. to guarantee smooth processes, making goods could delivery on time. Main Scope: Material purchasing such as CAPEX (Equipment), MRO, PC hardware, Gases, Energy & etc. and Customs Clearance for import materials. Sub Scope: Services purchasing. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the Purchasing part in daily operations. Market research for each material and develop new suppliers. Ensure adherence to globally defined business processes and execute company regulations/policies. Monitor materials master data, inventory, safety stock, and consignment. Provide training in order purchase and conduct regular KPI reviews and improvements. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external departments, including headquarters. Oversee global and local supply issues, lead time monitoring, and critical supply issue follow-up. Customs clearance and duty excemption. Facilitate and actively participate in new business integration and projects. Reports to Sourcing Manager Songdo and Cooperate with Catagory Managers HQ Spend analysis and budget analysis Cooperate with Service purchasing part. Qualifications & Requirements: Requirement and skills: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or in a related field In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and Importation. Excellent organizational and time management skills Experiences: More than 10 years of related experience preferred Must have Machinery and Equipment purchasing experience Experience in In-direct material (MRO, Consumables, Gases, Energy & etc) for Factory operation.
