We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in driving awareness through strategic marketing initiatives and events. The ideal candidate will be a skilled project manager with a flair for creativity, capable of executing marketing events and campaigns that resonate with the regional target audience. This position involves collaboration with global marketing, sales, and local technical teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities in the South American region. Main Responsibilities and Tasks: Event Management:  Plan and manage both in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for successful event delivery. Brand Ambassador:  Serve as the brand ambassador for the region, ensuring that all regionalized marketing materials and activities consistently adhere to corporate brand guidelines and standards. Campaign Evolvement:  Adapt and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with global strategies. Utilize digital platforms, industry events, and sales initiatives to maximize reach and impact. Reporting & Analysis:  Prepare reports on performance, engagement, and ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future initiatives. Cross-functional Collaboration:  Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful project execution. Budget Management:  Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.  Experience:  3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management and event execution. Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences sector is a plus. Technical Skills:  Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus), digital marketing tools, and business analytics. Communication Skills:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus. Project Management:  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with event planning and execution. Team Player:  Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Adaptability:  Flexible and open to change, with the ability to adapt strategies based on feedback and evolving project needs. Travel Requirements: Regional travel as required, approximately 15% of the role, covering countries including Argentina, and United States.
