We are looking for a Marketing Data Consultant (x|f|m) for the Digital Marketing Bioprocess Solutions Division (BPS) department at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. In this role, you will act as the key expert for marketing data. In close cooperation with Marketing and IT teams, you will develop the marketing data architecture, define the data models and implement solution designs in marketing and analytics platforms, eg customer data platforms. The team is looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities As part of the Marketing Analytics team, develop a scalable data architecture for marketing data at Sartorius, define data models, implement and maintain them in marketing and analytics platforms Take the lead on marketing data in global projects, eg the rollout of a customer data platform (CDP) or a marketing automation platform Support the marketing teams in requirements engineering and use case definitions Ensure that marketing data modelling and data implementation is actionable and drives business value in all applications, eg by enhancing dashboard performance, or enabling new marketing techniques Own the marketing data documentation, develop trainings and train the marketing organization to foster a data driven mindset Liaise with other business departments ( eg , Sales and Product Management) to ensure that all relevant data sources are included in data modelling and insights and benefits are shared across all business processes and departments Work in close cooperation with marketing teams in both Sartorius divisions ( eg , Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Strategy) and IT ( eg , CRM, Data Platforms & Analytics, Software Development) What will convince us Master’s Degree in the field of Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar, or alternatively Bachelor’s degree plus relevant professional experience Proven professional experience in data architecture, data modelling and data engineering Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), eg Salesforce Data Cloud or Adobe RTCDP is a must Data & Analytics Expertise: Snowflake, Tableau, Azure, Databricks, Google Analytics, or similar Excellent SQL skills, Python beneficial Marketing Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of data-driven marketing concepts, including customer segmentation, customer journey, identity resolution, and lead generation Experience with Marketing and Sales platforms highly appreciated, eg Salesforce, Marketo, Marketing Cloud Great communicator and presenter, able to express complex topics in simple concepts Sound industry experience in B2B, especially life sciences or complex products with a long sales cycle, B2C experience a plus Business fluent English spoken and written, German a plus What we offer As a growing global life science company , stock listed on the MDAX, Sartorius offers a wide range of  Benefits: Personal and Professional Development: Mentoring, leadership programs, Talent Talks, internal seminar offerings , coaching for managers Work life balance: Remote options, flextime, flexible work schedules, sabbaticals Large, modern campus: Open office spaces, terraces, company restaurant with vegetarian and vegan options, cozy Italian bistro with ice cream sales, fitness studio and daycare center Making an impact right from the start: Comprehensive onboarding, including a virtual online platform even before joining, Welcome Workshops, "buddy" as point of contact Welcoming Culture: Mutual support, teamspirit and international collaboration; communities on numerous topics, such as coaching, agile working and business women network We support diversity and inclusion and welcome applications from people of all nationalities, genders, sexual orientations, religions, ages, disabilities and cultural backgrounds.
