This position will be responsible for supporting the field service team. Main Task is to support their office work and be bridge between customer and engineer. Main Responsibilities & Tasks: Create standard certificates and issue. Telephone operation from customer and dealer Customer management for field service Quotation Communication with internal and external customer dispatch and schedule management in the future Qualifications & Skills: Minimum requirements 2-3 years’ experience as Sales support or Service support job PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT) Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills Strong team player Strong aspirations for self-growth in a global company Able to read and write in English; willingness to learn English and to make efforts to speak in English when required Ideal requirements (additional to above requirement) Strong multi-tasking skills Experience of service support in a global (non-Japanese) company Experience of SAP (ERP) operation Intermediate or above English Skills (speaking and listening) About Sartorius  Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
