Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Gestionnaire ADV (F/H) pour notre site d'Aubagne. Le Gestionnaire ADV (F/H) a pour mission la gestion des dossiers de suivi de commandes pour un secteur géographique qui lui est confié. Il prend en charge l’administration des ventes de son secteur et participe ainsi à la génération du chiffre d’affaires. Représentant privilégié du client en interne, il oriente son action pour lui garantir le meilleur service possible tout en respectant les règles fixées par sa hiérarchie et les orientations stratégiques de l’Entreprise. Grow with us - Vos responsabilités :   Le Gestionnaire ADV (F/H) a en charge la gestion administrative des ventes : saisie des commandes clients, allocation de stock, suivi des délais de réalisation des ordres de fabrication, livraison, facturation. Il entretient un contact permanent avec chaque client de son secteur (client interne ou client final) pour tout type de communication : Il gère les litiges de livraison (qualité, transport, retard, tarif...) et engage les actions de résolution associées (gestion du flux de retour du produit fini, enregistrement informatique associé, émission d’une note de crédit, saisie d’une commande de remplacement...) Il suit l’avancement de production des prototypes et en assure la gestion administrative (saisie et gestion de commande, livraison et facturation). Il participe occasionnellement à des rencontres avec les clients de son secteur géographique, lors de visites clients à Aubagne ou chez le client lui-même.
