Voor onze productie locatie in Tilburg zijn wij op zoek naar ervaren en startende Operator(s) International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is een wereldwijde marktleider in de ontwikkeling en productie van geur- en smaakstoffen. Onze innovaties worden toegepast in bekende merken over de hele wereld: van voeding en dranken tot parfum en cosmetica. Als operator speel je een belangrijke rol in de productie van hoogwaardige geur- en smaakstoffen. Deze functie is fysiek uitdagend en bied je de kans om het vak van operator in de praktijk te leren. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork voorop staan.   Hoe maak jij het verschil: Je mengt en verwerkt geur- en smaakstoffen volgens werkvoorschriften. Je voert fysiek werk uit, zoals het tillen en toevoegen van grondstoffen. Je bedient productie-installaties en houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten. Je voert basiscontroles uit en meldt afwijkingen. Je zorgt voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving.   Wat maakt jou de juiste kandidaat? Je bent fysiek fit en vindt het niet erg om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je spreekt Nederlands en / of Engels. Je bent bereid om in een  3-ploegendienst  te werken.   Hoe val je op? Je bent energiek, leergierig, betrouwbaar en werkt graag samen met je collega's. Waarom voor IFF kiezen Jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast contract. Salaris: €3.000 – €3.700 bruto per maand (exclusief ploegentoeslag). Ploegentoeslag: 20,5% (3-ploegen). Individueel Keuzebudget: 9,5% boven op je bruto maandsalaris. Je kiest zelf hoe je dit inzet: als extra salaris of als extra vrije dagen. Extra’s: 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, betaald overwerk, opleidings- en vitaliteitsbudget.
