We are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our Production team as Trainee executive. Your Focus In this role you will be responsible for the Production Operator / Blending Technician is responsible for executing blending operations with precision and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role involves operating various equipment, maintaining hygiene, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting team initiatives through cross-training and collaboration. The ideal candidate should be flexible with shift timings, possess basic computer and SAP knowledge, and be physically capable of handling production materials. How you will contribute Operate blending equipment and ensure it is clean prior to production Label equipment accurately with FG material number, description, and batch number Perform weighing, blending, and record raw material usage on shop floor documentation Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all production areas Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety guidelines Operate various equipment including blenders, heat sealers, and metal detectors Participate actively in cross-training programs Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors Manage inventory and maintain high sanitation standards Physically handle materials (push/pull 20–25 kg bags) as required What you will need to be successful Basic computer skills; SAP knowledge preferred Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and Excel Ability to work in a team and contribute to team-building efforts Proficiency in local language and English Willingness to work in rotational shifts Physically fit and capable of handling mechanical equipment IFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer At IFF, we believe that your uniqueness unleashes our potential.  We value the diverse mosaic of the ethnicity, national origin, race, age, sex or veteran status.
