Where You’ll Make a Difference Build and maintain multi-level, cross-functional relationships with key decision-makers. Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear commercial targets (Sales, GP, Market Share). Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on customer strategy plans, ensuring internal alignment and timely execution. Negotiate contracts, optimize pricing and margins, and manage cost-to-serve. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, consumer needs, and regulatory changes to inform strategy. Ensure supply chain readiness and service excellence in collaboration with operations. Track KPIs, forecast sales, and conduct retrospective reviews to drive continuous improvement. Align closely with IFF’s corporate strategy to deliver tailored solutions and capture growth opportunities. What Makes You the Right Fit 5–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product development within fragrance, FMCG, or related industries. Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset. Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Passion for fragrance and innovation. Digital fluency and global mindset. Business fluent in English and Spanish. How Would You Stand Out? Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, Arts, or Fashion. Experience working in a regional or global role. Demonstrated success in driving market share growth and profitability.
