Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Supervise and direct hourly maintenance craftspeople to ensure safe and efficient execution of mechanical maintenance activities. Collaborate with Maintenance Scheduler/Planner and other departments to meet plant reliability goals. Manage site utilities, mechanical concerns, maintenance contracts, and infrastructure. Establish and track work schedules, standards, and supply needs to optimize productivity. Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs in compliance with cGMP and safety standards. Coordinate plant construction and shutdown activities with engineering and reliability teams. Ensure maintenance work aligns with environmental regulations and safety policies. Conduct job safety analyses and support EHS, quality, and food safety programs. Lead investigations into system failures and implement corrective actions. What Makes You the Right Fit. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 7–10 years of relevant experience. Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage priorities and resolve conflicts. Proficient in ERP systems; SAP experience highly desirable. Solid understanding of GMP for food additives and pharmaceutical excipients. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP). How Would You Stand Out?
