This position bridges the gap between R&D and manufacturing, ensuring smooth implementation of lab-developed processes into plant operations. You’ll work in an agile, collaborative environment alongside technologists, scientists, and engineers to optimize processes and deliver high-quality products. What You’ll Do Act as the link between lab pilot scale and plant process scale Implement and adapt processes developed by scientists for full-scale production Identify and resolve bottlenecks in plant operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process safety and efficiency Drive continuous improvement and contribute to product and process optimization What We’re Looking For Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or other relevant field of study Proven experience of 5+ years in plant production processes and process engineering Familiarity with seaweed processing and hydrocolloid applications in the food industry Ability to work on-site for extended periods to support production and troubleshoot issues Strong technical competence and data-driven decision-making skills Knowledge of process safety management and a strong safety mindset Full professional proficiency in English is required and will be evaluated as a part of the recruitment process. Additional proficiency in Danish, Spanish, and French is considered as a significant advantage for the global collaboration within the scope of the role.
