Where You’ll Make a Difference The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map, and implement improvements across key workstreams: warehousing, air, marine, and road transportation. Engage and ideate with local sites to map the current state to translate the current processes into optimal solutions with a focus on value creation to deliver benefits for IFF Help translate business requirements, manage scope and complexity, drive testing sign-off, etc. Develop and implement business processes and systems that close gaps in current ways of working and deliver a higher level of service at a reduced cost Lead workstream projects and use project management skills to structure, describe, and present complex issues/solutions Work with technical teams to design and support a TMS solution Optimize warehouse footprint and implement digital and automated solutions Provide functional and technical perspectives to the core workstream Develop workflows, troubleshoot issues, and train super users/end users on updated business processes and system usage What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field At least 6 years' experience in Logistics related work Project management experience Proficient EDI & ERP knowledge Excellent communication and planning skills Fluent business English communication skills Ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a multi-functional environment How Would You Stand Out? 5 years of experience leading complex SAP/TMS engagements/WMS implementations is preferred Experience with 3PL and 4PL providers Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Why Choose Us?
