Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead sensory and consumer research activities aligned with business opportunities and strategies Partner with creation and design teams to provide insights for product formulation Collaborate with innovation and R&D teams to enhance customer engagement Design and implement sensory and consumer insights methods for product development Generate and analyze sensory and consumer data using advanced methodologies Present findings to internal stakeholders and customers to guide product development Support development of new research tools and models for deeper consumer insights Collaborate with regional and global Product Experience teams Coach and mentor junior team members What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sensory Science, Experimental Psychology, Neuroscience, Food Science, or related field 5–7 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative consumer research, preferably in food and beverage Expertise in sensory and consumer methodologies and statistical analysis Proficiency in R, SPSS, JMP, XLStat or similar tools Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills Effective communicator with strong business acumen Inclusive leadership and team collaboration skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English How Would You Stand Out?
