Job Summary Le rôle de HR Business Partner (HRBP) chez IFF consiste à être un partenaire stratégique des managers pour accompagner la transformation RH. Il/elle conseille sur la gestion des talents, la performance et la succession, pilote les processus RH clés et collabore avec les Centres d’Expertise pour garantir la cohérence des pratiques. L’objectif est d’aligner les initiatives RH avec les priorités business et de favoriser l’engagement des collaborateurs. Les points sur lesquels Vous Ferez la Différence Partenaire stratégique : Conseiller et accompagne les leaders des différents sites dont il/elle a la responsabilité . Décline les politiques du groupe sur ses sites; garant de l'application de la législation locale. Pilotage des processus RH : Performance management, talent reviews, succession planning Collaboration transverse : Travailler avec les Business HRBP et les Centres d’Expertise pour assurer une exécution cohérente des initiatives globales. Communication & accompagnement : Expliquer et déployer les changements liés à la transformation RH, notamment la nouvelle architecture des emplois et les projets d’alignement organisationnel. Analyse & recommandations : Interpréter les données RH pour proposer des solutions pragmatiques et orientées business. Gestion des relations sociales des sites qui lui sont affectés Gestion du disiplinaire Périmètres : environ 300 personnes réparitis sur 5 sites (déplacements 2 fois par mois sur 2-3 jours) Pourquoi Vous Êtes le Bon Candidat ? Diplôme en RH, connaissances en droit social Expérience confirmée (7+ ans) en tant que HRBP dans un environnement international. Compétences en influence, coaching, analyse stratégique et gestion du changement. Maîtrise des outils digitaux RH et des pratiques de transformation. Comment Vous Démarquez-vous ?
