Where You’ll Make a Difference Develop and implement innovation strategies that deliver competitive product solutions and position IFF as a market leader. Stimulate ideation across the IFF community to uncover new consumer solutions and development processes. Define key consumer learnings to build strong value propositions and gain competitive advantage. Connect market, customer, and consumer needs to identify business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. Write precise R&D briefings aligned with category strategy to guide innovation efforts. Drive disciplined project execution with agility, ensuring alignment with business goals and speed to market. Identify and resolve fragrance-related technical challenges while maintaining global visibility and strategic oversight. Collaborate with Consumer Insight teams to generate relevant insights and deepen understanding of market, consumer, and customer needs. Mentor multidisciplinary talent and support team members in their growth and development. What Makes You the Right Fit   Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in an international environment. Excellent Olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process – discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory. Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance. Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, including knowledge of the consumers and different markets. How Would You Stand Out?
