Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to perform essential accounting clerical tasks within a specific accounting function. This role involves managing routine financial processes with accuracy and efficiency. As you grow in the position, you will gain exposure to advanced bookkeeping and accounting techniques, building a strong foundation for a career in finance. Where You’ll Make a Difference Process invoices accurately and efficiently through IFF’s workflow systems Prioritize invoices and payments according to vendor terms, ensuring timely execution Match invoices to purchase orders within IFF’s system Validate documentation for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals Check supplier documentation for compliance with legal and tax requirements Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and resolving discrepancies Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency What Makes You the Right Fit Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal University degree and preferred 1 year of relevant experience Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP ECC experience is a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Strong customer service orientation Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Analytical thinker with attention to detail Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage How Would You Stand Out?
