Where You’ll Make a Difference Be responsible for efficient, accurate and effective collection of receivables for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts Communicate and support the organization's goals while providing quality customer service and maintaining good customer relations Analyze customer accounts to identify delinquent accounts and perform drive collections activities Ensure all collections activities are performed in a timely manner, and all collections issues are resolved promptly Review and manage order hold on daily basis and communicate effectively to keep appropriate organizations up to date of customer issues and situations affecting the continued release of orders Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues as necessary Monitor and maintain accurate records of all collection's activities Assist with preparing reports on collections status and performance for management. Basic Requirements Education & Knowledge: BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field 0 - 3+ years of relevant experience Skills (Listed by Priority): Strong understanding of Collections Process required Strong problem solving, documentation, research and resolution, data analysis and multi-tasking skills Customer service orientation Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP ECC) Benefits: Full-paid social insurance.
