Where You’ll Make a Difference Responsible for managing customer interactions and delivering impactful presentations to showcase products, solutions, and business proposals. Monitor and evaluate market trends and activities to identify potential business development opportunities. Develop and propose marketing strategies to enhance the company’s trading position and profitability. Track sales volume and contribution potential of all brands and products to ensure marketing plans are well-founded and promotional funds are allocated effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, monitor their business developments, and recommend adjustments to marketing plans when necessary. Identify market segments where the trading position can be improved, draft proposals to maximize short-term opportunities and foster long-term partnerships. Provide market insights and results to the sales team and update individual account strategies to support business objectives. Design and implement trade and retail promotional activities to maintain profit margins and strengthen product and brand image. What Makes You the Right Fit Min 3-5 years solid working experience in relevant industry; Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven experience in market analysis, marketing strategy development, and execution, with strong knowledge of industry trends. Fluency in English, both written and spoken How Would You Stand Out? Excellent communication and relationship management skills to drive long-term collaboration. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make actionable recommendations based on sales and market data.
