Your potential is our inspiration. 🌟 Where You’ll Make a Difference Foster two-way collaboration with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure global alignment and effective project execution. Partner with Sales teams to deepen understanding of key customer needs and anticipated market trends. Translate business needs into clear and actionable research objectives. Select and implement appropriate research methodologies or design tailored approaches. Conduct advanced data analysis using multiple sources and techniques (e.g., regression, ANOVA, text mining). Manage project delivery timelines through regular check-ins and stakeholder updates. Validate vendor proposals and ensure alignment with budget and expertise. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to internal stakeholders and external regional customers. Coach and onboard junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. ✅ What Makes You the Right Fit Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. Proven experience in consumer insights, market research, or strategic planning. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical tools and databases (e.g., SARA, HCI). Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams. Familiarity with SAP for vendor payment validation and cost tracking. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
