Where You’ll Make a Difference Prepare and organize submission materials including samples, fragrance passports, and client presentations to support project delivery. Assist internal evaluation panels by preparing samples, interviewing respondents, and compiling feedback and results. Maintain and update market sample entries to ensure accurate and current data for internal reference. Manage sample inventory and collections, ensuring proper tracking, storage, and accessibility. Create and monitor tasks across teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables. Provide operational and administrative support to the Sensory & Development Management (SDM) team. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and efficiency in project execution and client servicing.
