Where You’ll Make a Difference Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to support enzyme manufacturing processes. Monitor equipment performance and production parameters to ensure optimal output and quality standards. Utilize the Delta V process control system (a digital automation system) to manage and adjust production operations. Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Perform routine checks and record operational data to maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols. Work closely with engineers to identify process improvements and implement optimization strategies. Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a secure work environment. What Makes You the Right Fit High School Diploma/GED A.A./B.S. or a related degree in a scientific or technical field preferred 2+ years of experience in a mechanical or industrial plant environment Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication Computer experience with MS Office suite Strong team player with an ability to function in a multidisciplinary environment Ability to lift 55 pounds  Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
