Job Summary Ready to raise the game in bakery? The Application Technologist/Laborant   position at IFF Health and Biosciences is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about   applied enzyme   science. Based in Braband,   you will be   responsible for performing laboratory analyses and functional characterization of enzymes in flour and bakery products, supporting the development and application of innovative solutions in the baking industry.
