Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Support Flavorists by compounding flavors precisely according to formulation sheets. Prepare samples for internal evaluations and organize flavor trials for easy reference. Maintain raw material inventory and ensure proper handling in compliance with GMP and GLP standards. Operate instruments to measure physical properties and accurately record data. Update project data and maintain accurate documentation of formulation changes and sensory results. Collaborate with Creation, Design, QC, and Sensory teams to ensure project success. Participate in tastings and provide constructive feedback to Flavorists. Assist with customer visits and presentations as needed. What Makes You the Right Fit Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field. Basic knowledge of compounding and formulation processes. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn formulation software systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent record-keeping and workflow management skills. Commitment to safety and compliance standards. How Would You Stand Out?
