Where You’ll Make a Difference Deliver exceptional support to clients and Account Managers, fostering strong and harmonious working relationships. Respond promptly to internal and external emails, ensuring timely follow-ups or escalation to Account Managers when necessary. Liaise with internal departments and utilize various systems to efficiently manage daily tasks and workflows. Manage project loading and updates in company systems, including purchasing benchmarks, coordinating sample shipments, and registering commercial wins. Process sample requests via SAP, create price letters, and manage local and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any transit or customs issues. Coordinate with Customer Service and manufacturing teams to ensure timely order processing, tracking progress, and escalating delays when needed. Maintain organized tracking files and provide accurate reports to Account Managers on order status, sampling, and project updates. Request technical documents, register fragrances and pricing in SAP, and load specifications for quality control checks. Communicate with the Customer Master Data team to update and maintain accurate customer account information in internal systems. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree from university, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Supply Chain operations. Proficiency in English and relevant local language(s) for effective communication across teams and clients. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
