Where You’ll Make a Difference Provide key account technical service for China and AP. Develop technical solutions and technical services for projects provided by customers Provide on-site guidance and solve related technical and quality issues in the transformation of new products and new concept products to customers’ commercial products Promote new products, new technologies and new concepts with sales and marketing departments, and provide technical training to internal and external customers Develop forward-looking technology solutions and new concept products based on market trends and potential needs Participate in the company's new raw materials and flavors development, testing, verification and provide feedback and report of the application result Implementation of company's industry plan, complete the annual business goals with the sales and marketing teams Cooperate with direct report manager to formulate and implement the group KPI and goals. Responsible for managing and assigning the daily work of the meat application team What Makes You the Right Fit Good knowledge of meat process science with at least 5-10 years of relevant work experience           Strong meat-related technical experience in R&D or production in meat applications Knowledge in ingredients, flavors and product formulation experience is essential Experience as a Team Leader is desirable Project management skill, able to well plan and prioritize Able to work independently on multiple projects and drive project move ahead. Take lead to work on the project and own the project from start to end. Strong trouble shooting skills Good report preparation and presentation skills Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English How Would You Stand Out?
