Your potential is our inspiration.   Where You’ll Make a Difference Provide technical support and guidance to customers and distributors in the dairy industry, focusing on the use of IFF cultures and enzymes in cheese and fresh fermented dairy production. Apply deep knowledge of recipe ingredients, raw materials, and their functionalities within the dairy segment to optimize product performance. Develop and improve finished dairy product formulations based on industrial standards, country-specific regulations, and client expectations. Promote and drive adoption of new cultures and enzymes  technologies, highlighting their benefits and commercial applications. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide actionable recommendations to enhance Dairy processes and formulations. Collaborate with internal and external technical experts (e.g., R&D, sales, marketing, regulatory) to share insights and best practices. Act as a technical liaison, communicating market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy. Mentor junior team members and contribute to regional and global technical strategy and innovation projects. Work independently on high-impact, strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. What Makes You the Right Fit MSc with 5+ years or PhD with 2+ years of experience in the dairy industry, specifically in applications and production processes. Expertise in the use of cultures and enzymes in dairy production, with familiarity with IFF’s portfolio of solutions. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (fluent) and English (intermediate). Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within regional and global teams. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, adapting to diverse cultures and environments. Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, with measurable impact in application areas. Skilled in project management, statistical analysis, and application of technical methodologies. Experience in generating ideas and developing projects aligned with business and customer needs.
