Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage customer orders (domestic and export) in compliance with policy, including order entry, confirmation, invoicing, and follow-up until delivery. Ensure accurate documentation and resolve any issues related to order processing. Process credit notes and debit notes associated with sales orders or customer complaints. Coordinate and handle customer complaints and service cases linked to sales orders. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries. Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Support internal and external audits as required. Provide problem-solving and continuous support throughout the order-to-delivery cycle. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree (no specific major fields required) 2-3years' experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain of business to business Knowledge in domestic and international trade Knowledge of MS Office tools Knowledge in SAP How Would You Stand Out? Fluent business Japanese/ Chinese/ English communication skills (Written and Verbal) English communication skill will be plus Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization Highly collaborative and team player Cross cultural awareness Why Choose Us?
