Where You’ll Make a Difference Measure and dose fragrance oils into multiple application bases (e.g., personal care, home care, and other product bases) following precise formulation guidelines. Operate dosing equipment and maintain accurate records of quantities and batch details. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards during all handling and dosing activities. Prepare and label samples for internal use or customer requests as directed. Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with inventory management of fragrance oils and bases. Support lab housekeeping and equipment maintenance to ensure operational readiness. Follow SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) and sustainability guidelines in all activities. What Makes You the Right Fit High school diploma or equivalent (required). Ability to perform accurate measurements and basic math calculations. Dependable and committed to maintaining lab safety standards. Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation. How Would You Stand Out? Six months of laboratory experience (preferred).
