Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Support standard lab activities including media preparation, sterilization, and equipment maintenance. Perform molecular biology and microbiology techniques under supervision. Independently execute experiments and present findings to the R&D team at the end of the summer. Analyze data, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate progress to advisors. Participate in training sessions, and maintain a safe, collaborative lab environment. Engage with professionals across departments to broaden your knowledge. Contribute to real-world food innovation challenges. What Makes You the Right Fit Current rising junior or senior undergraduate student pursuing a BA/BS in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Food Science, or related fields. Graduate students welcome. Minimum GPA of 3.0/4 preferred. Basic lab skills in microbiology or virology required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for ~10–12 weeks during summer break. Must have the right to work in the U.S. without restriction. Pre-employment drug screen and background check required. How Would You Stand Out? Experience with molecular biology tools such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and microbial culture techniques.
